Is losing muscle mass a meme unless I'm either very muscular or trying to get under 10% bodyfat?
I was 300 pounds in June, got down to 260 by the end of summer. I gained 10 pounds over the fall and a month ago I re-dialed in my training and diet, I'm down to 255 now.
The reason I'm asking is because I asked a nutrition question on bodybuilding.com and everyone jumped up my ass about how if I'm losing more than 2 pounds a week it's all muscle.

Its not a meme but I doubt your losing much since you probably don't have any muscle in the first place.

When I see memes of this movie, it makes me want to watch it again, even though I don't recall enjoying it.
Are your lifts going down?
If not, you have nothing to worry about
I started at 315, now I'm 245. I started lifting at the same time squatting one plate and now I squat 340 3x5

Nah they're not going down. 200 bench, 225 squat, 315 deadlift.
