Greater fatique with some exercises?
Been lifting for about 15-16 months or so and I've noticed that I seem to be more tired (fatiqued) for the rest of the day when I do certain exercises like lat pulldown then when I work chest press, ohp etc.

I work everything to failure always have, making good progress but I still have way more fatique on back days and not much on other days. Wondering why/what do.

I think you got the fatigue concept wrong. Fatigue is technically over training. Fatigue is when youre able to do 100kg 5x5 and 3 weeks down the road you come to the gym and youre stuck doing 95kg 5x5 and can only do 5x1 for 100kg. Youre confused because you had enough sleep and ate good the day before.... But for 3 weeks the fatigue accumilated and now you finally did get good rest and you just cant do your best anyway.
How you train builds up endurance. I can bench press any day always max out cause i love to bench but if i squat ill be burnt out for a good 4 days.
You just havnt trained your back to the point where your body thinks its needed 24/7 and they get godmode regeneration.
