So Ive been working out off and on for like a year and a half, but in the past six months I've consistently been working out every other day. What do you guys recommend I do next on my quest to mad gains? Also what supplements do you guys recommend from GNC?

top baitsu. If not, all you need is protein powder and a better routine, because what ever you are doing, is not working for you.

I don't even go on reddit

I just bought protein powder like two weeks ago, I'm pretty fucking new to this shit.
you have to start lifting weights and eating a lot, especially protein. it just looks like you do push ups, jumping jacks, and swim and shit occasionally. You are thin and flabby in areas. Not hating dude because I'm on my own journey here as well.
squat
overhead press
deadlift
bench
if you had been lifting weights at all I feel like we'd see it in your forearms but as you stand youre a wristlet

Where are your lats bro
>>39584865
I don't even know what lats are reeeeeeee maybe I'm not cut out for this.
Gotta be bait i've been working out for less than a year and a half and look better than this

Working out for 1.5 years and you don't know what lats are?
Do some rows and chin ups my dude.

Ive honestly only "seriously" been working out since like August. Prior to that I was doing like push-ups and situps almost exclusively.

im in a similar place to you.
i bought:
whey protein isolate
creatine monohydrate
c4 pre workout
thats really all i think anyone needs to make gains.

Fair enough
>>39585107
yeah because before i never even used protein, i probably never hit my macros
as for creatine, i pretty much plateaued so i think the strength gains will help me build mass and progress overall
and for c4; good pump and energy for the gym. has creatine nitrate.

you need to focus on getting your back bigger-
heavy deadlift sets
pullups
rows.
you have a wide ribcage so once your back and abs grow in to fill up your current shell of a body you will look fuckin juicy.
also fuck supplements. you arent ready yet. maybe whey but other than that the creatine and other chemicals in your pre workouts wont really matter.
just focus on lifting heavy and building mass

Alright thanks, I bought my first thing of Whey protein a couple weeks ago ad I already feel its having noticeable effects.
