>mfw I'm 189 cm and my legs are 103 cm which is roughly 54,4% of my height and my wingspan is 199 cm
Do you have any tips for me or I should just kill myself?
Take up climbing. Long femurs help a fuckton.

Ever try basketball or track?

Not really. I should've specified that I would like to hear some advices limited to weightlifting.

Work with what you have, not against it. Maybe you weren't made to lift.

Have you even tried deadlifting anon? Go become the next Bob Peoples.

Yes. I've been lifting for 11 months now. First 6 were just fucking around. After that I started to take lifting seriously and started PPL routine. At that time deadlift was my favourite lift with best progression. I started proper cut around the end of August and stopped yesterday. I went from 98 (January) kg to 79 kg. Lately I've noticed that I have problem with keeping proper form while deadlifting and switched to sumo which makes my back feel far better. I also have noticed I have poor ankle mobility which kills my squats. I hope that I'll be able to go back to traditional deadlift once I fix my mobility issues.
