I'd rather not go to a gym until I get somewhat in shape, and this is more practical since I wouldn't have to travel.

Honestly, starting to get in shape with this workout won't get you far. If it's really far from your gym then sure, it's better than nothing but if this is your plan on getting fit you're better of just eating less and masturbating more.
