I take about 4 grams of kratom before every workout, it really helps me grind out the reps that would normally make me quit.

Dont listen to anyone else that hasnt tried it, one of kratoms effects is an increased ability to do hard labor.

Used it to get off opiates (oxy + fent shady 80s). Ended up taking 30 or so grams a day by the end and coming off it sucked fucking hard. It has its uses.

It's an opioid agonist. Anything working like that on your opioid receptors will lower testosterone a significant amount so I'd avoid using it preworkout.
