He was born without the Myostatin gene. The Myostatin gene assists the body in storing fat and blocks muscle growth.

>the NEET thinks he can afford gene therapy out of his autismbux
30000$ for a weekly treatment is pretty cheap in gene therapy.

Jesus fuck you guys really are all autistic faggots. I have no idea whether or not it's been proven, that's just what I read was the reason for his unusual amount of muscle. I could be wrong, I could be right but I really have no fucking idea because I'm not an expert I'm just some fucking random on an image board. Why don't you go fucking google it and find out for yourself whether or not it's been proven or not?

Whenever I read something about GMOs or gene manipulation to increase muscle mass, I instantly think "turducken." Fucking Supernatural got the thought that we actually might just be cattle stuck in my head.

You're partially right. There are verying degrees of Myostatin (growth differential) in humans. Any where from 0-15%. At 15% you're that kid. Increased muscle mass and very low body fat just by existing. Most people are around 2-4%. 0% is probably fatty fat land. Tragic.
They fuck cattle Myostatin right up so that they have 40% more muscle mass.
