I love DOMS, in fact I miss the pain of my first times lifting.
With that said, when lower back DOMS gets too extreme I do sometimes get paranoid about my spine.
Apart from that:
legs DOMS > triceps DOMS > upper back DOMS > ab DOMS > trap DOMS >>>> everything else

I keep hearing that once you aren't a newb you won't get DOMS, but I still get DOMS years after starting.

Worst is adductors. Mine are prone to cramping when I have DOMS, very painful.
