Can your body adapt to atp and think its normal? Thus your muscles and spine realign? All the squats and movements mean nothing cause its all improper? Wtf do i do now? The only way to activate my glutes is to look like a trex and it feels so improper.
I think so. I've got a minor case of this, I used to try correct my posture by constantly tucking my ass and chest in, but all it did was make my lower back ache and make me look like a stiff awkward weirdo. It took me a while to figure out how to make squats work for me but now I'm making sick ass/thigh gains and my back doesn't hurt near as much. Anyway don't worry about how you look while squatting bc nobody looks good while squatting..

not op but i literally can't

I can do it while staying still but once I have to walk it's literally impossible for me to keep this position.

don't confuse atp with form on lifts. atp is about posture and should not affect your lifts in any way. when you're lifting you're actively putting your body in a certain position, and this has to be learned and reinforced.
for most people on /fit/ atp is just a result of slouching too much, and a combination of the main compound exercises, stretching and learning to stand with correct posture will fix it over time.
