I'm a complete newbie when it comes to fitness. I don't seek to become extremely buff or anything, just fit. A six-pack would be nice.
Apart from this schedule, what else can I do to achieve the best physical condition possible?

You would know faggot.
the pic in your image is from the bud/s warning order, and you'll be in great shape if you complete the entire thing.

also look into a basic strength training program like rippetoe's novice program if you have access to weights.

Aight op here's what your gona wana do.
If you wana get strong the best thing to do is a linear program like starting strength or strong lifts. Lifting heavy weights wont make you bulky, the only way to get big is to eat big. Also you should add some cardio in once ore twice a week. cardio can be whatever you prefer eg running swimming etc.. however there will come a time when your cardio and strength training goals will conflict so you may have to choose to prioritize one over the other.
