Anyone workout @ home with spinlock dumbbells? How heavy can they go? Are they awkward to handle? Can u bench/SP with them bitches?

I've used them. They aren't awkward to handle, you can do any excise with them you do with normal dumbbells. Biggest issue is it's hard to find good quality ones where the nut part of the nut-bolt lock doesn't constantly come loose and require re-tightening after every set.
