I do leg raises and twist each way at the top. Noticed a lot better definition when I incorporated those.

(Hanging) leg raises, with one of these

> Hanging
Leg raises
Side to Side knee raises
> On the ground
Twist
Bicycle crunch
V-up
Frog kicks
Frog kicks ( Side to Side )
Planks and plank variations
Toes-to-bar (hanging)
Dragon flags
Ab wheel rollout (knees, then progress to toes)
L-sit (hands) or pike (hanging L sit) 30s isnt bad
Side plank 1-2min (best oblique imo)

Forgot to add hollow body hold (lying, i usually superset with after each set of flags)

I've heard not to do this if you want your shoulder to waist ration to be better, since the twist focuses much more on obliques and makes your waist wider. Straight core routines hit both abs and obliques anyway.
Not sure if broscience or what.
