Good day people of /f/it
I recently agreed to do a half marathon. I usually weight train and do minimum cardio.
I ran for two miles before I felt like I was about to collapse and die.
Any tips to improve my stamina, running, would be greatly appreciated
Cmon you /f/ags

Height weight ??
You'll have to run very slowly if you never run before.
Maybe 1 hour at 9kmh.
The best board to ask advice about fitness they said. A collective of like minded individuals with a wealth of knowledge about all things fitness related.
Can't help but be disappointed/f/.
You not only let me down, but let yourself down.
May your muscles strain, your reps be sub par, and your will be weak.
I bid you good day
I ran cross country in high school. The secret to better stamina is simply to to run every day. No way around it. The first week or so is going to be hell, but it does get much easier after that.
