Is it true you should eat something with sugar and carbs after workout to increase protein synthesis for gains or is it broscience?
If so does whey have enough sugar or should I eat a pic related as well?

If you eat carbs after a workout you pretty much negate the GH increasing effects, completely wasting your time.

wew so glad you posted this thx m8. i just ate an apple after my workout but after reading this i immediately vomited it back up. almost lost my gains there.. close one..
