honestly they're about average, most guys have fairly 'narrow' shoulders. shoulder work is all about volume, do standing OHP, seated DB press and lots of lat raises. most guys with good delts seem to dedicate a day to shoulders unless they're on gear.

get the upper lats tighter so you ll get more thoracic extension. pull up your shoulders and pull them down (so flex your muscles) while you focus on your ribs. that way you ll activate your serratus anterior muscle and that pulls your shoulderblade tight to your back but also out, that way you ll tilt it slightly so your delts come out better. in fact i see a lot more chestmuscle than backmuscle so work that latissimus dorsi and do your deadlifts
