So I was watching the making of the matrix and they were talking about how once they started practicing their moves, they did it everyday for like 4 months almost everyday, and they had these guys like sticks. I want that kind of physique because personally I believe it looks the best aesthitically, Idont care how ugly you are facial wise, which im not, but being that thin you look boss in wearing anything. The matrix showed that. Im 5'10 and 238 pounds, what kind of weight would i need to get to be like them ? example: neo and agent smith physique.

Bro, I hate to break it to you but if you're already that heavy you'll have loose skin and have to pay nearly $30,000 dollars to have it removed. You best shoot to be a decently lean 190lb-er and it will take ALOT of gym work
