Hi /fit/. Whenever I exercise my throat starts hurting like hell, heart starts beating like crazy and feel fatigued extremly fast, like an old man. Also my throat kind of hurts otherwise and my nose is constantly stuffed.

Has anyone else had anything like this? Im not fat and Ive been exercising normally my whole life. It feels like something is wrong with my sinuses, but doctors couldnt find anything

You might have tonsil stones and tonsilitis.
Fucking nasty shit and it poisons your blood too.

Get your tonsils cleaned and then maybe get the holes sealed with cautery so it doesn't happen again.
