I'm not proud of this but I'd like to know how I achieve this.
Currently going to the gym every other day and doing:
50 x Pectoral flys @ 80kg
50 x Hammer Curls @ 80 kg
50 x Abdominal crunches @ 110 kg
3K Run on treadmill
50x tricep extensions @100kg
30-40 lat pulls @ 85kg
Haven't been at it long. Is this adequate?
