If you're doing low bar squats, then you do a half squat and good mornings at the same time.

High bar squats = ass to grass
Low bar squats = tits to floor.

High bar squats is the real squat. Low bar squat is like deadlifting with the bar on your back.

So wait, low bar is when the bar is positioned on your shoulder line, right? Just under the last bone protruding from your spine? I put the bar there and then do ass to grass. Should I be changing the position?

if you do low bar you are probably going to butt wink if you go ATG.

if you want to go ATG just do high bar or even better, front squats.
