1. I've heard exemetase is best for AI, because it's a suicide AI, so it kills off the estrogen Jew real good. My buddy told me to keep Letrozole on hand as well. Is there a need for both? Money isn't really an issue, I've got thousands saved up and $50 isn't gonna make or break me I just wanna do this cycle as properly as possible. Do I need both?

2. Look at my week 10-14. I have the dose of test with question marks next to it because I don't know if I should be running a 10 week cycle only, a 12 week cycle full blast, or a 10 week cycle with a 2 week taper. Any advice for that?

Pull plunger til test fills required level in syringe
Pull out of test bottle
If air bubbles in syringe, tap the syringe to bring them to the end
Press down on plunger to push them out (can do this inside the test bottle if youre scared of accidentally squirting a bunch of oil out)
Wipe top of test bottle with alchohol swab for hygiene
Grab and squeeze up a chunk of your flesh/muscle in your upper outer quad

Still holding chunk of your flesh, insert needle
Pull back plunger and if blood enters the syringe, take out needle and reinsert in a new spot

Dosage is a bit of a hit and miss. I run Arimidex 0.5 mg E3D on cycle, I could probably even lower it, but I don't want to deal with gyno, ever.

Don't go too high with clomid, especially at your age. I'm 10 years older than you and my balls don't recover as fast, so I take 100mg ED during the first two weeks, you might get away with 50mg.

The clomid rage is real. Keep it as low as you can.

Personally I like the idea of tapering off to limit sides of hormone fluctuations.

In theory another point would be to succeed in creating a more smooth transition from being on cycle to being off cycle and back on endogenous test.(I don't know if this was your plan?) the thing is it would only make sense for this purpose if you taper even lower than your endogenous level (=30-50mg/w)would have been. So up to 25 mg/w. That would be pretty difficult to accomplish correctly. And its only speculation if it would really work.

That's a lot harder. The low dose HCG works so well on short cycles because the Leydig cells in the testis stay very responsive. I haven't read up much on recovery after prolonged duration. Most important differences would be the need for much higher HCG dose and a prolonged PCT regimen with Clomid and nolva. As for exact dosages and duration I can't give you a clear answer because I haven't read into that (or experience with that).
