I walk 8-10 miles a day, 5 days a week, as my job being a postman.
Lift 5 days a week.
Run two days a week.
Play badminton twice a week.
Go for hikes once every two weeks.

Pretty good for an unskilled job. £10.40 an hour with literally more overtime opportunity than could realistically be taken, especially at this time of year.
I could work 60+ hours a week if I wanted.

And of course, the massive boost to TDEE is awesome, makes it so easy to stay lean.

Yes its a great job if you can find a vacancy. I genuinely love it and can see myself doing it for a long time. No boss nagging at you. No sitting in an office all day.
I wish I'd got this job earlier desu.
