Is that good? I used to not care about leg gainz and would only do them every other week or so at 3x8 @100kg just to avoid being those DYELs that do curls and bench every goddamn day. But my quad insertions have never looked so j00cy before.

Fucking squats. I started four months ago. Did 40kg then, now I squat 100kg. My workout buddy broke his arm so we did a shitload of leg days.
