i mean progressions are very good but you cant progress from first exercise if you havent proven mastery by doing some static hold 5x60s which is retarded if youre not gymnast training from child

do the progressions in your own manner and then its good

I just try to do the "mastery" ones right away, usually miss just a couple of them and stick trying until I can do them all, then repeat for the next level. And I never did gymnastics before, just SS.
