/fit/, i've been going to the gym for a few weeks now and really want to start lifting but i have no clue where to start. i've looked at the 5x5 workout and have been meaning to start it, but i feel like i'll look like an idiot because i have no clue what i'm doing. just been doing cardio and shit until now. what do? just stop being a pussy and go lift some weights?

yeah, it's simple and that's why i want to start with it. do that for a while and then make a better workout plan.
