Since when is a PPL routine considered a meme brosplit by /fit/??
You people are fucking retards, not everyone want to train like some pseudo powerlifter.
So basically a good routine by /fit/ standards is the following:
>3 days a week anymore is overtraining
>NEVER go over 5 reps or you will be overtraining
>NEVER do more than three exercises per day or you will be overtraining
>No need to do any lateral raises because OHP will give you nice delts
>No need to curl because biceps get trained with compounds
>Back squats is all you need for legs

Really makes you think. Thanks for that OP.

Most of /fit/ is retarded. Only a few will ever make it. Because almost everyone here is average or below. Average people give you average results. And being average isnt part of making it.

>Implying those who lift can do 1/2/3/4
>Implying people who 1/2/3/4 care what you do

>Not alternating between heavy bench/light OHP and heavy OHP/light bench
