is dropping from 262.4 to 250.8 lbs in 2 weeks normal if im eating 2 piece of brown toast and boiled vegetables and 1 chicken breast a day, with water and tea with stevia if i feel hungry during the day?

or is something wrong with me? because im fairly sure it shouldnt be this drastic..

im not diabetic (yet) but could it be some other disease?

do you think stevia is dangerous? since it tricks your body into thinking you're consuming sugar, so it starts using energy that you are not actually taking in

Meh doesn't seem too bad. I'd learn to like unsweetened tea if I were you but Stevia won't make you fat. Honestly just count your calories. I suck at counting macros, but adding up protein and calories every day in a notebook or your phone is easy to do. Just don't give up. I lost weight, but every time I start lifting again I fall off without realising it after a few months. Stay committed.
