What do you think my body fat is /fit/? Currently eating 1300kcals a day to get in shape before bulking

Shit lighting but 16-22%.
My daily diet is:
breakfast:
5 almonds
150g 0% fat greek yogurt
30g whey
3 rusks
halfway morning:
2 rice cakes
100g turkey breast
lunch:
40g pasta
200g chicke breast
preWO:
1 apple and 50g turkey breast
postWO:
half apple and 30g whey
dinner:
250g chicken breast
everything with as much vegetables as I want

Looks fine to me. Over the years I found out playing around with total carb in your diet helps finding the best fat burn zone for your body. Also too low calories for a long time can reduce your basal metabolism rate. And cardio is FUCKING IMPORTANT.
