Skyr tends to be thicker, though there is "skyr" and skyr. In the US, it's a little harder to get just plain without artificial sweeteners, but the flavored stuff is still low cal/high proton

Thickest, dryest "yogurt" ive ever tasted.

Its likw they sucked out every drop of moisture on a cup of yogurt and youre left with cement gunk.
