Recently started going gym again after a year AFK (fucking studies). I'm aiming for something like this, I don't mind if it'll take long but I hope I can enjoy the journey to making gains and better mindset. Could anyone recommend any decent routines? I don't wanna get too big and hench but hopefully this isn't a meme body. Is PPL a good routine or is something else recommended?

Nah my college gym was free, university one cost a shit ton which I could not afford plus my local ones were legitimately not good. If you want to be toxic that's on you man, all I asked for was advice.

No I mean, my time table is much better now so I can spare 3-5 days for gym. I plan to go 3 times a week. I'm at gym as I type this, I do plan to take it serious just I was legit unable to previously so I did body weight occasionly
