how do you make your smoothies /fit/?
I find drinking food easier than chewing it (especially fruits), so smoothies sound like a very good option to enhance my diet.
I just bought a bunch of frozen fruits, fresh bananas, Greek yogurt, milk, cinamon. I will start experimenting once I get home (about to go for a 5k run).
Not sure what to mix, so I am looking for suggestions.
A classic

600-800kcal of creamy goodness
