Buy at least ten bucks worth of breasts each week. I don't know where you live or what prices are like but I can make this for under 15 bucks and it last me all week, I spend the rest on eggs and milk. Good luck anon.

Read up on old powerlifters who went raw. Alot where poor as fuck blue collar dudes and where thick as fuck from a calorie dense diet. Im assuming you wanna be lean and sexuakly appealing so its doable easy. Chicken breast, penut butter, potatoes and rice are cheap if you buy the shittiest brand
