How do I increase my testosterone without resorting to extremes? As in diet/lifestyle changes I could make, etc.

Eat a lot of red meat, lift weights, do competitive things, get plenty of sleep.

>get plenty of sleep.
If anything I probably get a little too much. Is that bad too?

after seeing thousands of these threads, reading a dozen articles and asking my doctor, these are bassically the only things to do. Someone should really add a link to the art of manliness article about natural test to the sticky so we can stop having 5 of these threads every fucking day.

Really I think part of the problem is these young guys see the steroid fags getting rediculous (and totally fake-looking) gains and they get all anxious and impatient and want to just take shortcuts that they don't need to take. The smart powerlifter/bodybuilder knows that it's the Long Game; it takes time and consistent effort, as well as being smart about it, to really build solid strength and look good. It doesn't happen in a few months, it doesn't even happen in a year, it takes several years of dedicated effort, unless you're the few genetically-gifted ones.

What about avoiding things that lower it? Like certain plastics - anything else on the avoid list?
Does cardio increase it, or only lifting?

I don't want to have crazy levels, just try and achieve the "optimum" level my biology is capable of.
I wanna see if it has any positive effect on my life. Sort of an experiment, if you like.
