I bought a 10 and a 10 1/2 in running shoes and they both feel good to me. I have to return them, how do I know which one to return?

Did they feel good after the run?
Feet swell from running, so buy the size up (or even an 11).
Also, cardio is a waste of time.

Can't run in them because I won't be able to return them

Depends on if the 10 is tighter than if the 10.5 is loose

The normal advice is to buy running shoes that are a bit too large to accommodate swollen feet.
So, definitely not the 10. 10.5 or 11.
Also, cardio is a waste of time.

The heel comes up a bit in the 10.5, and the 10's will break in eventually right?

Why's cardio a waste of time? I been doing cardio for the past month.
Bigger size and lace them properly. Enjoy your runs man. Don't let these fuck boys tell you cardio is a waste of time.

What if the smaller ones feel better? I'm probably a 9 and a half but the 10 felt good and the 10.5 game room to breathe so idk

hmm

Your feet WILL swell after a run of any length. Get a minimum of a half size bigger than your street wear.

would 1 full size bigger be to much?
