I'm a senior in HS (yes I'm 18)
About 6 ft tall and 170 pounds. I'm on the crew team (rowing) where we practice for about 15 hours a week, but I don't lose any weight. Am I just eating too much? Tips please

You don't lose weight because you're gaining muscle at crew. Why are you looking to lose weight anyway? At your age and current weight you should be looking to gain weight.
