I'm starting a cut /fit/, i need to lose 15 to 20kg or should i say 12 to 16 bf% (96kg and probably around 26-28%bf) but i'm running out of idea to make good meals for my cut.
We see often some thread about bulking food, what about cutting food then ? Share your recipes, advices etc who could be usefull to a lot of people on a cut here !
Do HIIT Cardio, literally go in your basement for like 20 minutes.

45 sec each, 10-12 rest in between.

Repeat 4-5 times.
I don't have recipes because cooking is natural to me. But pasta salad can be made 100 different ways and contains lots of veggies and fiber. I usually use pasta salad for one or more of the meals on my cuts.
Best combo imo is whole wheat pasta, green peppers, Canadian bacon and low fat Italian dressing. This one is very cheap but you could add more veggies to it.

i'm not a huge fan of HIIT Cardio, plus i don't have a "time limit" to my cut, so i want to do it at my rythm, the goal is to be there, don't matter if it take 4 or 6 months.
Right now, i added 45 min of cardio at every gym session (5 times a week), 15 min when i arrive to warm up my body (ellyptical or bike) and then 30 min at the end of my training.

Well, i try to cut carbs a lot, it's been a week since i ate some pasta/rice now, i focus on veggies, cutting sugar, juices etc.

In my experiences, cutting too much carbs out leads to a burned out feeling. I didn't like it so I just do like 20% carbs, 40% protein and fat and roll with that.

i'll try to add some, but my previous alimentation are mostly considered of carbs, that's why i try to cut it to the maximum i can.
At least the first few weeks, just to adapt my mind and body to don't miss carbs

I just take 200g quinoa and one onion when I make it.
Salsa is just any kind of salsa. It's the same stuff you usually use as dip for nachos.
I think the glasses of salsa I buy are 175g, so I just go with that.
