a year ago I decided to lose weight and worked out
In the course of 6 months I Iost a bit more than 20kg, from 98kg to 75kg. I'm 1.79m big (5'10)
I stopped working out because of a lot of reasons (liked myself, school pressure, not as motivated as before)
problem is that my fat is stored a bit disproportionate all over my body. How do I spread it out equally? It's kinda hard to explain but certain parts of my body lack a bit of fat while others have a bit too much fat.

The only way to get more fat where you feel like you lack it is by putting on weight in general, and the only way to reduce fat where you feel like you have a surplus is by losing weight in general. You can't do both, you absolute moron.
Focused fat-loss is a myth. Gain muscle there if you want to be "tighter".
