Cable Shoulder Press is great for building shoulders. Set it so your upper arm to elbow is slightly below parallel to your torso. Cable should run behind you with the grip resting on your palm.
In addition, standard dumbbell shoulder press. I think a pullup variant with you directly underneath the bar would help build the rear delt but you can also throw in the whatever the fuck these are called that Bradley martyn does.

With those hanging silly rings you can do Olympic style monkey kid swinging. That alone will get you ripped if you have the balance to handle it maaaaan...
