You can't grow wrists, anything telling you otherwise is a meme or a scam. I've got tiny wrists too and there's 0 getting out of it. Just make your forearms bigger and the contrast makes them look fuckhuge

I think the tendons may thicken at the wrist once you start getting properly big, but that's utter broscience and I cannot confirm

Pretty sure my wrists are bigger from manual labour. Haven't grown since I started lifting though.

When I was 140 pounds at 5'11 1/2 I could easily wrap my hands around both wrists. Now 60 pounds later I can't at all on one and have to go limp on one to barely touch.

They look a little bigger too. Though it'd be a lot easier to tell if I could remember it like I'm back at that weight
