just look at his skin, vascularity, and odd quad development.

Natural lifters don't have that vascularity consistently unless they are doing an extreme short term cut. His skin also doesn't look healthy.

I do like his idea of simplicity in lifting routines though. Lifting at high intensity, low-ish reps (3-8) on mainly barbell lifts along with weighted chins and dips is very appealing.

I would love to believe I can make great gains doing something "retro" like he does
