I don't care whether it's your profession as long as it's believable you know your stuff and you can help me out.
Some background: the gym is totally foreign to me (to the point where I don't know how to use most equipment properly) and I'm pathetically weak. I don't need nutrition help at all/I know what I'm doing there and I'm at a good weight too. It's the training I want help with.
I'm leaving in about an hour but I'll bookmark and check this thread when I'm back for sure. For now and for later, you can post some sort of throw-away email if you prefer.
