Take peanut butter, flax seeds, craisens and almond slivers and mix that shit up and spread it on crackers or cook it with mashed banana to make a protein nugget.
Try drinking acid.
If you're not that hungry you can drink vinegar since it's not a strong acid, so it won't have many dissolved protons.
But if you want to go for a slightly bigger snack you could try things like hydrochloric acid. It's a very strong acid and dissociates very well, providing lots of protons.
