Does /fit/ still do 'Health'?
I got some kind of blockage in my right ear. It feels and sounds muffled like I got an assload of ear wax in there.
Heard hydrogen peroxide is good for melting it out. Can anyone confirm this works or some better alternative? Q-tips only seems to make it worse and hurt like hell.

I used to get this. It's wax buildup.
Olive oil ear drops each night, lie on your side for a few minutes and let it soak in, it dissolves the wax so might leak a bit overnight.
After about a week my doctor"syringed" my ear - basically flushed warm water through it.
They asked me if I'd been using olive oil drops and said i need to for about a week before getting it syringed.
This is in the UK.
I did read about peroxide but didn't try it because oil worked for me.
