I want to start working out to a strong-abled man for my nation and to gain enough strength to later serve my nation. I'm 19 years old and 5'10 130 pounds right now. Would any of these plans be good to start following:

pick up outdoorsy physical activities
climbing , hiking, athletics and some calisthenics for those parts you feel are weaker or need them to be stronger
also martial arts obviously
grappling + striking combo preferably
Both are trash unless you're on steroids.
Do a beginner routine. Some examples include greyskull LP, starting strength, stronglifts 5x5, or a standard push pull legs or upper lower split provided that every muscle group is hit at least twice a week.
For future reference, bodybuilding websites tend to assume the reader is on steroids and has some training experience already. They can't explicitly say that because of the law but come on, it's bodybuilding.
