What are some good supps to up your test and your libido/boner power?
I know zinc + magnesium already, as well as L-arginine and Tribulus Terrestris, and I've been doing cardio hard and cutting out porn completely and fapping to about once a week

Boron, forskolin, selenium to start. But the mineral list is a long one. Also, kind of more complicated than " just taking zinc". For example, you need to up your iron in order to absorb all that extra zinc or magnesium. Forget which one. With a similar requirement for the other (zinc or mag.) being like vit. B or something. Bad explanation but the point is you need to do more than "just supplement the good stuff". Also, lots of cardio is bad for test and libido. Quick research will show that sprints, (one minute intense sprints with 30 second breaks for example) are good for test. While "endurance cardio" spikes cortisol and leads to low test, decreased muscle mass and weakened heart. This is all nearly universally accepted, but do your own research
