How can you ask if it's good progress if you didn't even post your initial stats you fucking retard
>>39511711
Is this pounds or kilos?
why is your bench so low my friend
>>39512004
He probably means two 55lb dumbells unless he has a pair of 22.5lb ones.

You didn't post what you started at, but this is approximately where I was one month in at the same stats.
In 4 months in (now 140lbs) and my max squat is 185, DL is at 205, Bench is 105, OHP is only 85, but my shoulder is beyond fucked.
So not too bad imo. Keep up the good work anon.

He gave his weight in pounds, so I am assuming pounds.
>>39512004
his height, weight and lifts makes me think it's a girl.

Nice stats anon. I was 270 O line in high school and was squatting 525, trying to get back there after being out for years. My bench stalled at my body weight because my form sucked back then

Those are some rather mixed lifts. Put them into symmetric strength and it will show you what's good (ie. OHP and row) and what needs more work (the others).
