It's okay to eat a pizza once in a while if you're not already a fat fuck.
it most definitely is.

i studied with a guy that is a marathon runner, he runs at least 10km everyday, when he is close to a marathon he runs to a closeby town, its 30km away from his place and he gets there, eats a large pizza, a 2L coke zero, a milkshake and also eat a couple protein bars, its insane how slim he is and how shit his eating habits are

Cardio doesn't require caring about diet to same degree as liftan.
While you GYMCELS slave away at the GYM, MARATHONERS eat PIZZA and SLAY PUSSY with their EXTREME STAMINA.

if you consume everything, is not "shit". Shit is eating and not consuming.

If you want to. Plan accordingly or just don't be a fat fuck and eat a whole one.
Also if you are going to eat it might as well go for something with more quality not like that shit
that's exactly what fastfood is for
it's something you eat occasionally and only if you're in a good enough physical shape

I ate a whole calzone at a restaurant yesterday, approx 1200 calories. I had 1100 during the day and I only ate a 150 kcal proteinbar. Granted the calzone had eggs, onions, paprika, ham, mushrooms but still 1200 kcal.
Total 2450 kcal give or take, woke up leaner.
