Quick question here,
I only had about 3.5 hours sleep last night and today is a scheduled gym day, I feel crappy about possibly missing a workout as this would then be the third day of no training and feel like I should really go today but worried about my strength levels and it being a terrible workout. Should I sleep it off and go tomorrow or suck it up and go today?
I feel okay, eyes are a bit heavy but nothing crazy.

sleep in and make sure you get 8-10 hours of sleep today
work out tomorrow, you literally wont lose gains because you missed a workout

I was in a similar situation so this choice is entirely on you. I went ahead and went to the gym and was so pissed after ward cause I wasn't able to get all my reps in. So just decide what you think will make you feel shittier.
