I am not at all familiar with MGTOW, but from my experience, male feminists and literal cucks tend to be a very similar group. I would consider myself an egalitarian, in that I want equality for all races and genders, but disagree with the assertions of feminism (especially 'male feminism') in that it's gone beyond equality.

that said though, I've rarely met people more pathetic than people who consider themselves 'redpilled'. It's a victimhood culture that is ironically more or less exactly like the mirror image of feminazis in which everyone blames all their past sorrows on women. That redpill has made it to /fit/ just means that we have an influx of /r9k/ and /pol/ posters who have generally failed socially and professionally in life so far and feel like they can literally lift their pathetic feels away. Male feminists and literal cucks disgust me, but the only ones I really feel pity for are redpillers (which I suppose fits with my definition of a beta - someone so cringey as to make you feel bad for them)
