do five sets of twenty angry face gestures after your regular workout routine or any other emotional gestures depending on what you think might make you look more aesthetically appealing. you can also do isolation movements such as eyebrow raises if you feel like you're not making gains in your lifts or feel like you need to support other face lifts

No. You can lose weight to make your jawline and cheekbones more defined, but only if you're fat. If you're already at a proper weight then you're stuck with the face you've got famalam

Do neck training
Improving your skin definitely improves your face, so moisturize, drink plenty of water and take care of any skin problems you might have(different problems requires different treatments so I'm not going to list any go-to solution, do your own research as needed).
You can't really lift your way to a wider jaw or bigger chin since that stuff is defined by the bone.
