What exactly meal prep covers? Breakfast? Lunch? Dinner? All of them?
Going to start meal prepping my lunches, but what about breakfast and dinner?
I just prep lunches for the week. I eat oats and eggs for breakfast every day and it takes like 5 minutes. I plan my dinners and cook 2-3 times a week and eat leftovers. I like a little variety at dinner because I eat the same breakfast and lunch (chicken, rice, broccoli) every day.

When do you shop, and when do you prep and for how long?
Looks like the ideal days to prep is on Sunday and Wednesday. Same with shopping. Is that correct?
>I plan my dinners and cook 2-3 times a week and eat leftovers.
When do you plan your dinners? Does that mean you meal prep them too, or you cook and eat them the same day?

I do lunch and dinner for 3 days. Breakfast is usually just some fruit with cream cheese, so it's fast to assemble. Usually takes about an hour and a half to do everything and I usually go for the poultry + frozen mixed vegs + carb source (pasta / rice / potatoes)

I'm sorry you can't fully appreciate how tasty cheese is with a banana and some berries thrown in.

When do you do preps? Sun and Wed? How about shopping? Same days?

I prep all lunches on Sunday after shopping. I put 3 in fridge and 2 in freezer. I plan my dinners and will cook them like Monday Wednesday Friday and eat leftovers between
